What are the caravnas like? They have everything you need - beds, wardrobes,
cupboards, bathroom with shower, full equipped kitchen and comfortable
lounge.
Will there be heating in the accommodation?
All caravans have gas fires in the lounge area and some grades
also have heating in the bedrooms. Haven's Apartment, Chalet and
Half Board accommodation have central heating. Please check the
specific grades of accommodation for further details.
The option to upgrade is usually available on arrival - this can
sometimes get you a bargain |
Can I request to be allocated a specific area of the Park?
Requests can be made on your booking, however we cannot guarantee
that any request can be met. They will try to meet your requests. |
Do I need to bring my own towels?
All Self-Catering accommodation do not include towels, you must
bring your own. In our Half Board accommodations towels are provided |
Is linen included in my holiday price?
If linen is included in
your holiday, this will be shown on the booking summary before
you confirm payment and will also be shown
on your email confirmation. Please note some special offers do
not include linen in accommodation types where linen is usually
included. |
What are FunWorks Passes?
Your FunWorks pass entitles you to
use the swimming pools, participate in the Children’s Clubs
together with the use of the leisure/entertainment facilities,
which includes bars, restaurants, showbars and coarse
fishing lakes. Off peak FunWorks passes for Spring and Autumn include
reduced entertainment and restricted facilities and are therefore
offered at a reduced rate. |
Do I have to stay with my children in the children's clubs?
Their Children’s Clubs: PAWs, Rory and Bradley’s FunTime
are not child minding facilities and parents are required to remain
and supervise their children at all times throughout the activity
sessions. |
Can I take my pet on holiday?
Most dogs are welcome in selected accommodation at all Parks except
Burnham-on-Sea, Riviere Sands or Half Board accomodation, at a supplement £40
per dog per week and £20 per dog per short break (up to a maximum
of two dogs per booking). Assistance dogs for disabled guests are
exempt from this charge. When booking online leave the pet box at

Can we book a holiday if we are 21 years of age or under?
Haven and British Holidays Parks and their facilities are intended
for families and adult holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot
accept bookings from persons of 21 years of age or younger. We are
unable to accept bookings for couples, or groups from this age group,
whether single sexed or mixed. |
Does the accommodation have a washing machine?
None of our accommodations have a washing machine, however all Parks
have an on site launderette which is available for all guests to
use. |
How can I book an accommodation for guests with disabilities?
They have a number of specially adapted Holiday Homes available
for varying disabilities. Facilities vary from wheelchair ramps
to
fully adapted holiday homes. We understand that knowing in advance
as much
information as possible about the holiday is essential to our
guests, especially those with disabilities. We therefore offer
the following:

I'm looking for accommodation for more than 8 people?
If you wih to book accommodation for more than 8 people you will
have to book 2 seperate holidays. If you would like your accommodation
located close to friends or relatives we can request this at the
Park. |
What are the accommodation check-in times?
On your day of arrival
your accommodation is available from 3.30pm, or earlier for some
categories. Please check the key collection time shown on your
email confirmation. We are happy to welcome you at the Park earlier
where
you can take advantage of the Park facilities until your accommodation
is ready for you. In order for us to prepare for our next quests
we do ask that you vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your
day of departure. |
Where can I park my car at the Park?
Parking facilities vary from
Park to Park. Some Parks will have allocated Parking next to
the accommodation. Other Parks will have parking facilities nearby
to
the accommodation. You will be allowed to bring more then one
car if necessary. |
Will I be next to my friends or relatives?
If you would like your accommodation located close to friends or
relatives we can request this at the Park. However requests cannot
be guaranteed |
