The
Blackpool tower which dominates the landscape is worth a visit, as is
the sealife centre which provides you with breathtaking displays of fish
and sea creatures. There are rays in a huge open tank which are breathtaking
to watch glide by, and tropical fish in the style of Finding Nemo!
The seafront at Blackpool is worthy of a long walk along and popping into
the typical seaside shops will keep you busy and entertained. Watch out

In the autumn the Blackpool Illuminations make quite a show! The trams are worth a ride too and go from Starr Gate to Fleetwood. There are also bus tours of Blackpool which connect lots of entertainment options outside the centre - including the zoo and various parks. This is well worth a ride and tickets are valid for a full 24 hours so you can make multiple journeys during that time.
